This Privacy Policy describes how the QualiMate mobile application ("the Application") collects, uses, stores, and protects user data. We place special emphasis on protecting the privacy and security of your data.
By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Application.
2. DATA COLLECTION
2.1. Data We DO NOT Collect
QualiMate DOES NOT COLLECT the following data:
Passwords and credentials
Personally Identifiable Information (PII, name, address, phone, email)
Geolocation
Contacts
Photos from the gallery (except drawings you explicitly select)
Credit card data (all payments are processed by app stores)
Browser history
Content of drawing files
2.2. Local Data (Stored Only on Your Device)
The following data is stored exclusively locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database and is NOT transmitted to external servers (except when the User has explicitly enabled Webhook integration, see §2.5):
Part information (name, drawing number, material)
Dimensions and tolerances of parts
Measurement results
Drawings (copies of files you select)
Quality control reports
Application settings
Employee identifier (employeeId) and username (for audit and reports)
IMPORTANT:
Upon deleting the application, all local data will be permanently lost. The user is solely responsible for creating backups.
2.3. Automatically Collected Technical Data
To ensure stable application operation and bug fixing, we automatically collect the following anonymized technical data via the Sentry.io service:
Error and Crash Data:
Error type and description
Stack trace
Application version
Operating system version
Device model
Interface language
Time of error occurrence
Audit Data (optional, if entered by the user):
Employee identifier (employeeId)
Username
Department and Role
Data that is NOT included in error reports:
Full paths to drawing files (only the base file name)
Content of files
Specific measurement values
Personal data (PII) — the option sendDefaultPii = false is enabled
2.4. Data from App Stores
When purchasing a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play:
Payment data is processed exclusively by the respective app store
We only receive transaction confirmation (without card data)
Apple's and Google's privacy policies apply to payments
2.5. Data Transmitted via Webhook Integration (User's Choice)
If the User has explicitly enabled the Webhook feature in the application settings, the following data may be automatically sent to the URL specified by the User each time measurements are saved:
Part identifier, name, and drawing number
Process identifier and lot number
Measurement results (nominals, tolerances, actual values)
Part pass/fail status
Event timestamp
IMPORTANT:
This feature is disabled by default and is activated only by the User's explicit decision. The User independently specifies the recipient URL and is responsible for choosing a trusted endpoint. Data is transmitted via HTTPS (TLS). The Developer has no access to the transmitted data and does not control the recipient server.
3. DATA USE
3.1. Purposes of Use
Collected technical data is used exclusively for:
Diagnostics and error correction
Improving application stability
Performance analysis
Technical user support
3.2. Audit and Reporting
The employee identifier and username are used for:
Creating quality control reports
Tracking measurement operations (who, when, which part was inspected)
Ensuring traceability in production processes
This data is NOT used for marketing or profiling.
4. DATA STORAGE AND PROTECTION
4.1. Local Storage
All user data is stored locally on the device in an encrypted SQLite database
The Application uses built-in Android/iOS data protection mechanisms
Data is protected by system application permissions
4.2. Data Transfer
Data is NOT transferred to third parties, except for:
Technical error data → Sentry.io (for diagnostics only)
Quality control data → to the URL specified by the User (only when Webhook is explicitly enabled, see §2.5)
All transfers are protected by HTTPS/TLS encryption
4.3. Storage on Sentry.io Servers
Error logs are stored on Sentry.io servers (US/EU)
Retention period: up to 90 days
Sentry.io complies with GDPR and SOC 2 requirements
Specify the approximate period and application version
5.3. Opting Out of Telemetry
In the current version, automatic sending of error reports is enabled by default to ensure application stability. We plan to add an option to disable telemetry in future versions.
6. THIRD PARTIES
6.1. Sentry.io

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy policies of third parties.
6.3. Webhook Endpoints (Configured by User)
Purpose: Automatic sending of quality control results to an external system Data: Part identifiers, measurement results, pass/fail status Note: The destination URL is specified by the User, not the Developer Default: Feature is disabled
The Developer has no access to data transmitted via Webhook and does not control the recipient server. The User is fully responsible for choosing a trusted endpoint and complying with applicable data protection legislation when transmitting data to external systems.
7. CHILDREN
QualiMate is a professional quality control tool for manufacturing and is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with data, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete it.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
Technical error data may be transferred to and stored on Sentry.io servers located in the USA and the European Union. Sentry.io is certified in accordance with:

9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Upon making material changes:
The effective date will be updated
Users will be notified through an application update
Continued use of the application constitutes agreement to the changes
We recommend periodically checking this page for updates.

11. SECURITY
We implement the following security measures:
Encryption in transit: All network connections use HTTPS/TLS
Local storage: Data is protected by OS security mechanisms
Data minimization: We collect only the necessary minimum
Filtering: We remove sensitive data before transmission
Access restriction: Only authorized personnel have access to logs
However, no method of transmission or data storage is absolutely secure. We cannot guarantee 100% protection.
